The final race before the one-month Formula One shutdown is upon us. This season, the race will be the Hungarian Grand Prix. This is really a beautiful track and it should be a fantastic race if it is anything like the German Grand Prix last weekend. As long as all goes well with the mechanics on the Mercedes cars, they should finish very well.

The luck is not going Lewis Hamilton’s way as his car goes up in flames during the first session of qualifying. Since he was unable to set any time, he did not fit the requirements to race, but the FIA is very lenient and is allowing him to race. We should see him charge his way to the front as he did in Germany, but of course he has no hopes of catching his teammate.

Unfortunately, I cannot go into any more detail on these predictions because my uncle from Alberta has come to visit me and my family in Ontario. We are going to go play a few rounds of miniature golf, but I can assure you that I will not miss the race tomorrow for the world.

My Top 5 Prediction

1 Nico Rosberg
2 Lewis Hamilton
3 Sebastian Vettel
4 Daniel Ricciardo
5 Fernando Alonso
